    Hound is right.
    Binghamton is right on the border with PA.
    Directly under Syracuse. Rt 81 runs right through Binghamton.

    My Mom is from Canton.
    My Dad was from Sandy Creek / Lacona. I know Sandy Creek / Lacona like the back of my hand.
