Peep this my XJ brothers, rear rim on the front.
Now since the Virago n Maxim share front ends..........
[my 82 Vgo has a 83 MKM front end on it.]
Some of you may find this a trip too.
I hope he builds the dual disc version.
Why I got MKM stuff on my Vgo, to drop the single disc brake.

To make people ask why. If that is a 16" rim,I am guessing a big fat sneaker will be hugging this wheel, and it I bet it will look awesome! Likely the handling will suffer ( not much ),but the cool factor could be through the roof. Pity the fool that doesn't update us on his progress!

Form over function. The flat-tracker look.

Yeah I have seen this done on the virago Zero Tribute bike. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I thought it is actually 18in front and rear wheels... very cool indeed. Handling might suffer a little, but it looks great. I would love to do this if it could be done to a 750 seca. Anyone know if it is possible?

Purely aesthetics... some don't like the look, but i personally love the look of the same tire front and rear. Especially when the front is lowered just a bit.
But then again, it does slow you down in the corners, and the big front wheel can be felt around town a bit more.
I would love to see someone do it with the dual front disks on a seca.

does the term "unsprung weight" mean anything to you?
There is a REASON bikes don't come with huge heavy front wheels.

I was waiting for someone to mention EXILE CYCLES. I think he revived the phat front from the 50's.

I think they are great, but I know it is not a taste that all enjoy.
