When braking....

    When braking the bike almost dies out, but then recovers. Only happens when braking.

    Too rich?

    Plugs are a nice tan..... at 5 turns out lol

    Or is it electrical, as in brake light switch/wiring shorting?

    Definitely not electrical, float levels are on the low side actually. Thanx for chiming in tho guys :)

    It doesn't just die like i hit the kill switch, the RPM's just go WAY down, enough that it will stop. If i goose the throttle it'll recover. Like it has to clear itself out.

    5 turns out is to much, that is the problem.

    Only time I've encountered something like that was on cold mornings running with the choke still on. So my guess would be running too rich, 5 turns? seems excessive,

    If you are doing a plug chop for the main jet, the air mixture screw does not come in to play. Only at idle.
