anti-dive actuator rusted shut, any ideas?

    so the actuators holding plate seems to have rusted shut on the edges and most likely under, thats how stuck it is..

    im soaking it in rust cleaner.

    nevermind i got it off.

    i tightened a power drill socket around the actuator valve very tight. two pulls.
