Fork Question on 82 maxim xj750

    alright, so im getting ready to do some work on my forks, cuz they're a little rough.

    My question is, can I make Fork tubes off of a Yamaha Xs650 work on my bike. I'd like to swap out just the tubes, I found a set of 6" over fork tubes for a xs 650 i'd like to use on my bike. Can these but swapped over and used, with the standare XJ750 triples trees etc.

    alright, so NO one knows if XS650 forks will fit on a XJ750
