First time I've seen this one. It's actually kind of a cafe/bobber hybrid I guess but I love the tank & like what he did with the seat.. this is the best I've seen for having the bobber look with room for 2.

Anyone know what that tank is from?

i kind of like it too.

i think a lot of the maxim bobbers just look way too short.

i think it could be finished a little better, but i like the concept .

i may look into something like this.

tank really sets it apart too.

    I really like it too!
I don't like most XJ Bobbers, but this Bike looks great.
I think I might copy some of his ideas.

I was thinking it was a mid-60s Kawasaki 250, but they don't have an intent at the knee like that.

BSAs come close, too, but not exactly. I don't know, I give up.

My brother had a 60's Honda C90(I think) back in early 70's that looked similar.

I don't normally like the look of bob'ed / cafe'd XJs, but the 2up seat look just works.
Though I might have kept the 750s tank or grabbed a seca tank for the knee dents.

It looks bland to me.. and the seat looks like a squiggly worm. too long and skinny. Although I don't like it, it must admit that making a bobber/cafe 2 seater look good, would be a challenge. I do like the tank.
