Will 1981 550 Maxim Parts work on a 1982 650 Maxim

    I found a 1981 550 Maxim parts bike for sale and I am wondering if the non-engine related parts will work on my 1982 650 Maxim. If anybody knows I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

    Sure, some of the electrical stuff will swap (turn signals, bulbs, some relays) but that is the extent of my 550 knowledge. I hope someone with more experience shows up soon. Best of luck.
