    I'm perusing my xjcd and I was wondering, when I'm looking up a VIN, do I just look for the number that best matches it? There's a number whereby the first five numbers match my bike's frame number, and that's the best that I can find. I presume it's mine.

    Also, could anyone explain why there is no country of designation for this particular model 5k6-020101.

    There's the Frame Number, which is the serial number of the start of that particular model. In the next column is the Range number, which is the end of the model in question.

    Can't explain your second question, could be just no data was found at time of printing?
