Plasti-Dip on ignitor coils?

    I am buying some plasti-dip for my brother's boots... I was wondering, do you think it would be a good idea to spray it on the outside of my coils?

    My coils were cracked on the outside. I have already filled the cracks with RTV.

    Richard I remember someone n the XJ list doing this for some cracked coils and it did work.

    Let me know how that works. I plan on eventually getting Dyna coils but hate the puke green color. If I could change them to blue using plastidip that would make them match my paint job.

    This is demonstrated on the XJ CD, when Dwayne replaces the sparrk plug leads on his stock coils.
