Nice eh? 1/4 in 11.4 seconds they say. 5 valves per cylinder :P Sometimes called the baby v max? I dunno but the first link is about 30 miles from my place :P

Not quite sure what the XJ700S is though?

The X has shaft drive instead of a chain, and the engine has 5 valves per cylinder instead of 2 and is water cooled. There are a lot more differences but those are the "biggies".

The xj700 s is a 2 valve per cylinder shaft(S) drive.
