I was looking through the XJ CD at all of the test articles. Why does the 650 maxim run a little quicker in the 1/4 and is credited with more power? different cams? Different gearing?

On a side note, I cannot get the advertisment pdf to come up on the cd, do i have to unzip it or somthing esle that I am not doing.
