I just bought one of these, and wondered if anyone else had one. I've used this thing for a week and almost broke the tip trying to get used to it, but found that this is one amazing tool. A quick solder job on the bike was never so quick, and I will be packing one of these on any long trip that I take.
I can't say enough about this tool, it's the best thing that I've bought for my little shop since my plasma cutter. I'm not trying to spam the forum, or advertise for this company, but I really think that this is a good investment, and I would not hesitate to recommend one to anybody.

Actually, I was strolling through Radio Shack (geek that I am), and they had one on the shelf. I asked about it, and they let me play with the thing, so I took it home.
I couldn't be happier with it. I've soldered just about every stator/rectifier connection on my Vmax (since my seca is now DOA)

Motorcycle Consumer News (great stuff!) did a product report in the April 05 edition. And I quote...."Don't waste your money. For motorcyclists, Cold Heat is less than an oxymoron. However, a 90 day money back guarantee is offered, so long as you don't open the package!"

I've never used one, but that review really panned 'em.
