just got a couple parts i misplaced while changing my tires: the front axle spacer and the front axle spacer flange. I figured out (all by myself) where the spacer itself goes, but where the heck does the flange go? it doesn't fit around the OD of the spacer itself, nor does it fit in the bearing oil seal's grove... any suggestions?

Is this any help? The thing I put the red arrow pointing to is called "flange, spacer 1." Sidenote: The Yamaha list price for that front wheel assembly (no longer available of course) was $818.53!

#3 goes over the end of #2 . I just did my 1100 and thats how it was in there. Just as a note. I installed sealed bearing vs the sheilded bearing the bike came with.
