My seca 2 runs great until i get to about half throttle then it makes like a bubbling like sound and wont accelerate anymore and the top speed is 60 mph and then it starts bogging out. Any ideas of what could be wrong?

Check for air leaks at the carb boots, and the throtttle shaft seals. When was the last time you cleaned the carbs? When was the last time you checked valve clearances? Is the air filter clean?

Could this be pinking (pinging)? Possibly a mixture that is too weak?

sounds like fuel starvation, you need to check if the throttle slides are moving up all the way.
possibly blocked jets or split diaphram's.

    In no particular order:

WHAT EXACTLY ( and I do mean EXACTLY) did they do when the valves were "serviced"? Did you get a written copy of what shims are now in each bucket? Did they make the valves "nice and quiet again"?

It's possible that you have a clogged or partially clogged primary jet

Check for any air leaks at the boots

Check your plugs and wires. I had the same problem this summer, and all it was was #4 plug was dead.

    Could be your TCI failing.

You have to narrow it down first. Your description is good, but still too broad. So, start at simple and work your way up.

    1. answer the questions asked
    2. check the plugs
    3. check for vacuum leaks
    4. pull the carbs and clean them
    5. Start diagnosing the TCI

I've narrowed it down its the coil in the spark plug wire. On the part that connects to the top of the spark plug. How should i fix this? Can i just replace the coil?

If its the wire connection in the endcap:
    1. unscrew it from the wire
    2. Trim the wire back 1/4" or so
    3. Reinstall the cap

If the cap itself is bad, unscrew it and install a new one.

The coils are the big things at the other end of the wires and are bolted to your frame.

Don't worry, nothing to apologize for. Just wanted to make sure you get the right names for the right parts, that's all!
