Do the forks have the air valves on top or are they the ones that just use oil and no air ?

They are from a 1982, with air adjustment. Also, only 1108 miles on the forks/springs...and for that matter the entire bike. However, there is one corrosion spot on each upper shock. Both spots are withing 1/4" in size. I can send you close up photos, perhaps PM me your email address were to send the photos. I did attempt to clear my inbox, and hope that worked so your message will deliver. Thanks!

Storm, they'll work just fine. The only difference is one set has air and the other doesn't. If you put the later ones on, you can put air in...... There's no cross-over tube and other stuff attached to the air system. It's a direct swap.
