y sincerest apologies to all who have posted here - I have been absent from the site for several months due to very demanding work schedules. I still have many of the parts requested, but their condition should be noted as follows:

Instrument cluster - working and available, but a little rough. Missing the round glass over the speedo, instrument faces are a little worn and the needles have been reworked (speedo needle is actually a toothpick). All parts are all 100% functional however.

Keys - have a matching set of locks and a key (ignition, seat latch, and gas tank) I'd like to sell all 3 as a unit. The only issue is the chrome cap over the gas tank latch is shot. These can be popped off and reinstalled so if you have a good chrome cap this gas tank latch will work (it is rebuilt and 100% functional). Make offer on all 3.

Signals - have a complete set of signals; all in very good condition, make offer and I'll get a shipping quote.

Fairing - I have a complete fairing that is rough but intact, and I think I have all mounting hardware for it. I also have the clear acetate windscreen but it has some scratches in it. I am only missing the clear plastic screws that attach the windscreen to the fairing and the rubber trim that goes around the fairing edge.

Have pics and will post them as soon as time allows.

No they are smaller. The ones I have fit 28mm Mikuni carbs and aren't in great shape anyway

Getting a quote for shipping this week. The company I work for was bought out and no longer allows shipping of personal items (they used to have a discounted rate).

If it is around $30 US to ship, (a guess at this point), would you still be interested?

    Thanks for your patience.

I'm not sure if the 550 starter will fit the 750 - best to ask the experts on this forum (Bigfitz, or Hogfiddles)

Yes I have all 3 - the gas cap, the ignition and the helmet lock, which on the Seca is also the seat lock. Not sure if that part is the same on a Maxim, or if it would fit a Maxim, since the part bolts to the frame and the frames and seats are different between the Seca and Maxim 550s. Again, the experts could tell you. Hogfiddles?

Oh, OK - I just assumed from your sig that you were looking to use those on a XJ 550 Maxim.

Just FYI: The gas tank cap had a badly damaged (rusted) chrome surface cap. Its since been sanded down in case someone wanted to use it and paint or powdercoat it. The chrome keyhole cover is fine. These chrome caps can easily be removed and replaced by bending the tang underneath the assembly at the narrow end and prying off.

The gas cap, ignition switch and helmet/seat lock have all been fully rebuilt and all 3 operate with one key (included). The key is not a Yamaha original but one cut for these tumblers.

I expect lowest cost shipping to be around $10-$15 USD; I'll check.

Would you consider $60 USD for all 3 items?

I do have the sidecovers, both left and right, they are stripped of paint - one is primed ready for paint the other has semi-complete bodywork. I have only one of the two sidecover logos.

I do have the fairing, its a bit damaged but intact. I'm only missing the plastic screws and the rubber edge trim for the clear acetate windscreen. I have a complete set of turn signals, two of which are in pristine condition.

Pics of the fairing now on my instagram:

pics of the sidecovers in their current condition can be posted if you are interested.
