Main jet size for Hitachi Hsc33 from XJ 750 41y?

    According to the information they said 105 is for cylinder 1 - 4 and 102 is for cylinder 2- 3? i never seen a different size in the same carbs before.

    If you are using pods, this is account for different amounts of airflow. 1 and 4 are out in the wind, and 2 and 3 are sheltered, so they get less air. Where are you getting the jet information from? If it is from XJ4ever catalog, you can count on it to be accurate.

    This is not uncommon on air cooled fours. The centre cylinders run hotter than the outside ones and get jetted slightly richer to help cool things down.
    Also common on big air cooled V-twins to get richer jetting on the rear cylinder.
