Nice place to start for building a beautiful Radian, but rather steep for one that's got a bunch of stuff missing....

Hmmmm, Radian--- now there's an xj-sort-of-related bike I don't have yet... lol

 

I see a lot of the xj parts bin there... The chrome covers on the intake look like the x, the rims look familiar, is it from the turbo? I just wish Yamaha hadn't put a rectangle headlight on there. I also find the angle of the bottom of the tank looks weird. And the chain. I'm tired of the maintenance.

 

Those are all correct for a radian. It's missing a side cover, rear fender, mufflers, chain guard, etc.....

 

"tuned, new battery. Just pulled out of the shop and it won't start"......how does one tune a bike that don't start?
"I believe it's the starter solenoid which I priced at $10.50."........well then you should have bought it

What shop ... the local lawnmower repair shop maybe.

That explains all the Texas dirt, the severe-sun-faded gauges....... And the rust must be from riding during the rainy seasons. Maybe $500 in my neck of the woods if it has a good title.

For his kind of money, it should at least have both side covers......

That's an excellent price for the Midnight, providing it'll turn over and has compression. Even decent if it is just parts.

The 650 is a bit pricey for my tastes, I'd want it to be running and pass a safety inspection for that price.

Oh dear god. I’m not a huge fan of the 750 Seca but that is one of the most aweful things I’ve ever seen. To each his own but when you do that you better plan on riding it for life.

That has to be a "dip" coating don't you think. I mean no one would spend the time to paint it like that. I understand, to each their own...but wow.

Eek, what is up with the seat on the Maxim 11? Pillon perch is higher than the sissy bar!

 

Why would you even try something like that if you didn't have the tools to make sure it was done right? That is just a whole bunch of heartache and possible "family get together" you don't want. Scary!!
