Yes all numbers line up. It's completely untouched other than tape on the tail light and broken off mirror.

 

Once again, steal.....gotta be worth North of 1000 easily, even if a bit rough!!

 

Very nice bike. I have the 750RL and I wanted it because my buddy used to have an '83 XJ900RK he bought new in '86. That was a sweet bike. Mine should be ready to hit the road in the next week or so.

Non-currents filled the show rooms back then.
I bought a new 1982 Turbo in fall of 83.

 

I bought a brand new Maxim 750,('83) in the UK, 1992, still crated!!!

 

I bought a 1991 DT200 in 92 and a 1992 WR200 in 94. I could have bought a TZR250 for the same price as that DT. I’d still own that one today if only. I was an idiot then and snubbed my nose at any street bike that small.

 

If you ever want to sell it I'd be happy to give you $300 for it

I bought an '83 550 brand new in 1985. Dealer had many 2-3 year old models on the showroom.

The local Yamaha dealer has been holding a really nice Bolt in the showroom for me for a couple of years now...

 

Haha it was still in the crate when he ought it in '86. Beautiful white XJ900RK that he dropped about 3 months later and had painted a gorgeous deep red with clear coat. Anyhow I loved it.
