Rebuilt master and calipers. New hoses. Bench bled master 4 times to ensure it was working. Getting good volume and pressure overcomes as hard as I can press with thumb. Primed to distributor block and barely getting anything out of bleeders. Pulled hoses and some fluid is in them but no flow. Will not pump. I have disconnected, followed and primed all hoses with no results. I also applied vacuum to bleeder screws for a few hours with almost nil results. I am open to suggestions as I know I could have made a mistake. At this for a solid day. At wits end. Like I mentioned; master is pumping. Help!!!!!!!!!!! Not my first brake bleeding session.

Are you using original brake hoses? Sometimes they work great, but apparently with the old originals, the inner lining can get loose or slough off and restrict fluid flow (I haven't experienced this myself luckily). Might that be happening? Disconnect the upper hose from the block and see what happens when you pull the lever.

All new hoses. I can get flow and pressure to the first upper hose. The other hoses and bleeder screws barely dribble. In the past I was accustomed to good strong volume and flow with other systems . Really frustrating But thanks for the input.

Which XJ750 sub-model? Maxim or Seca?

OK. You have the easy setup.
Did you clean the distribution block? I bet the trouble is there.

Here's The main I'm installing a basic xj4ever kit into this master cylinder . I had previously rebuilt it with an inferior aftermarket kit. The bike sat for 2 1/2 years dry in an unheated garage through two Canadian winters. I'm taking no chances.
I also changed out the old plastic fish eye sight glass with a new glass one from xj4ever . Removed the steel fisheye insert, plastic and oring. Into file 13 with all the the old stuff. The new glass one provides a way better view and will never yellow. Easy to install. I used black rtv and a Qtip stick cut at an angle to work the rtv into the edges. No leaks!

Problem solved. OOPS my mistake. Bench bled Master a couple of times while the system was full. Burped it. Lever was rock solid. Brakes like new.

Master Cylinder Internals were still new. Put the xj4ever kit into it anyway. ('cause it's better!). Kept aftermarket kit for future projects.

Thanks to all for the advice.
