Need xj900s 94-01 ignition wiring diagram

    Hi all, I have bought a stolen and recovered 1994 xj900s in hopes on using the engine and loom in my 1982 xj750 bobber build. Being stolen and recovered the ignition is missing, wires cut and I can't seem to find a diagram of the ignition barrel. If anyone here has a diagram or can point me in the right direction that's be great.

    before you get too far I'd be astonished if the motor physically fits.
    I understood the Diversion cylinder bank leans further forward than the older XJ's.

    yep 82xj is more upright motor, diversion models lean more forward, carburettor angle would,nt work , thats not to say any problems could'nt be overcome.
    anyway
    you say "diagram of the ignition barrel" if you mean a diagram of the ignition switch wiring , "Yambits" have new switches at £46, bit pricey , but they have the connection diagram colours on their website
    Yambits : for Yamaha bikes
