Changing instrument light bulbs

    XJers:

    I'm not sure if the gauges on my 400 are very closely related to those on the larger bikes, but can anyone give me pointers on how to get the gauges apart to change the light bulbs inside?

    Is there a way to take the front section off with the gauges on the bike, or do you have to remove the headlight, disconnect all of the cables and wires, etc.?
