    Hi everyone, well, my sis finally got her bike back, so she and her fiance' and I took a trip around Mt Hood today, sure was nice around the Mountain....hottern Hades once we got back into the High Desert, thank the Good Lord for Camelbacks....

    Anyway, here's a pic my sis took at one of our rest stops.

    Background is a 2006 Suzuki GSXR750, middle my Maxim 650, foreground my sis' 2008 Honda CBR600RR.

    Sounds like a nice ride did your sis let you trade bikes for a few miles??

    Grim camelbacks If I am thinking right are a backpack with a water )fluid)bladder in them and a tube. If you get thristy you don't have to stop just give a slurp on the tube. The only bad thing about them is what goes in has to come out lol!!!

    Thats why we have allllll these nice trees......gives us something to look at whilst we offload the liquid transferred from one bladder to another. Unless its so hellfire hot you sweat it out......found out it was 106 in the one of the areas we had to go through to get home.

    Around the mountain it was very pleasant, met a lot of riders and one cager that actually seemed to be actively trying to push me off the road.
