I think #2 looks just about spot on. 1, 3, and 4 look to still be a tad lean.

Also, what's a good distance to ride between checks? I've been doing 50 or so miles, I figure that should be enough to register a change on the plugs.

    1. "Sport-Bike Lean. Acceptable. Built for speed and performance riding.

    2. Perfect. Normal. Cruiser Mixture. Perfectly safe.

    3. Lean! Within a HAIR of matching Number-1 with a degree or two of tweak.

    4. Too Lean. Can't see it well enough but appears to be signs of erosion to ceramic tip. Several degrees of Richness needed.

You have rung the bell. The Butler will be along shortly to show you into the Hall of Fame. Another Chop or two and you are going to be DIALED-IN as a Motor-scooter!

I can look at the Plugs and know you feel it. You are approaching KWAN!
Git yer fine-toonin' Mo-Jo woikin' pilgrim, 'cause you be at the threshold of the whats-for.

    You just about got it!
    Ain't it great!

    Are those resistor plugs???

I think a 20 mile drive is about right, but on the plug-read threads here, some are going way shorter, and some are just running it in the driveway. It depends on what part of the plug you are reading.

Drag racers run 1/4 mile , shut down , and read.

Since all digital cameras and monitors work differently, we can't get a standard picture of the "tan" we want. Is it "grocery bag" tan? "fresh pine 2 X 4 " tan? "free range egg" tan ? We need a standard tan to compare our plugs to.

NGK BP6ES plugs. The are the same that was in it when I found it so I assumed they were correct. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for the read Rick. I'm going to stop by the shop tomorrow for a set of plugs for another chop.
