Original Decals

    Recently I was considering just replacing the torn-up decals on my bike instead of tearing them off and repainting for a lot of money and time.

    However, once I found a site selling the original decal kit, it was a lot more expensive than I expected for decals!

    Someone please explain this strange occurance... haha.

    they HAVE them...

    you WANT them...

    supply and demand, although i agree they are pricey...

    they dont have any for a seca 750 i see...

    That's what I mean... I know all about supply and demand from what I remember in high school, but I feel like stickers should never cost more than $100...

    They must be working for a branch off of the gas companies...

    There are other sites I've seen on here selling decal kits.
    The kits were just the tank, side cover and rear spoiler decals tough.
    Not the complete set you found.

    i thought the price was very reasonable, i am going to order a set for the father in laws xj 650 if they will post back to australia. its a shame that they dont make a set for my xj 900 though.

    Save about $19 here with shipping for the same graphics in a kit.

    There are at least three places who have replica decal sets for XJ's two here in North America and one in Australia. Chacal also has some graphics, plus some are still available from Yamaha, believe it or not. I've done a lot of research on this in pursuit of 1983 Seca 550 graphics. They can be had (although not for my bike, yet) and in most cases you don't have to buy a complete set. And sombody DOES make a set for the 900's but I'm at work and the links are at home. I'll post 'em up later if I get a chance.

    Reproduction Decals includes shipping world wide in there prices. They also sell Yamaha badges including ones for the XJ750 which are no longer available from Len.
