    So, the 1st stage is done: here what i did (FOR THE MOMENT ;) ) to my Seca:

    - Clubmans

    - New Mirrors

    - New Exhausts

    - Cutted back fender

    - Cheap home made repaint

    Well, until my girlfriend does not get a bike driving licence and a bike(*) on her own, i'm in a stand-by, probably just a round tail light if i find a nice one.

    Then...let's think about it.

    (*)i'm already thinking of a XS 400 Maxim/Custom(EU name), like i had many years ago, a nice bike for starters.

    try the triumph thruxton seat cap on you seat. it takes some work but it looks good and is functional

    do a search for irishladjbl he did his this way
