Ok, well uhh, You guys may have seen that luggage rack i was building,,, well got it welded, painted really nice, and this was all at our farm. Well i decided to take it home cus thats where the mounting hardware was, and my bike was the only way home... etc. so i zippy-tied it with a teeny weenie zippytie, thinking it would hold, and left. When i got home it was gone, so i drove back and fourth tothe farm about 4 times on my bike looking in the ditch for it, now my only hope of finding it is crawling through the ditches... sigh, and i may jsut do it.

well , 3 miles of walking through ditches, cars passing me wondering what the heck he's doing, and i still couldn't find the funking thing. idk, maybe it fell onto the road and someone saw it, admired the craftsmanship and picked it up and thought, hey this would fit my 1985 xj700 perfectly!!!!. At least i hope thats what they thought and not, hey this could be worth $.40 at the scrap yard!
But yup, so i was staring at all the stuff in my garage from my parted out 4 wheeler, and i saw the chain for it, dun dun dun! a rear rack made from welded chain? it may happen!

I had a clutch cable break on me just as I shifted into fourth on my old Triumph and it LAUNCHED the adjuster. (Old Britbike adjusters just SLIP into the perch...) I was in da UP in the middle of NO FREAKIN WHERE so I did crawl on my hands and knees for about an hour and a half. The real pisser was that I was carrying a new cable...
