I was looking to lose the big chunky chrome turn signals on my all black '83 Seca 550, without losing the OEM "look." I think these work:[IMG]

    Here's another more pic:
The horns are the Acumen Electronics units I just got, sound comparison to be posted in the next couple days.

The turn signals are K&S units intended for the FZ and FJ series from the early-mid nineties. I really like the looks on the Seca, and they still look "Yamaha."

I like the look. Much cleaner look and they look like they belong there.

Chacal's going to start carrying them.
That's because they ARE "Yamaha" (repros of course) intended for the 89-92 FZR600, 86-87 FZX700, 87-88 FZR1000, etc. I was originally going to get the square ones like the Seca 750 and 900s have (in black) but then I saw these. I was just doing a little "parts room engineering" of my own, and really wanted to retain a stock "look." Chacal hooked me up, they're not part of his regular product line, although he carries other K&S products. He's seen them and they will be now.
Here's another "comparison" pic, more in my gallery...I like how they tend to "disappear" against the black bike, which is what I wanted.

Do they have the correct 27 W 8 W bulb so the turn signal canceler works ?

Damn you're good. No, they come with 23W, I had to switch one bulb per side for the flasher/canceler to work right. I was a bit bewildered at first because I installed the rears, they worked; I installed the fronts, then NOTHING worked. Swapped a bulb per side with the originals I pulled off and all is good. Mentioned it to Len he said all K&S come with 23W bulbs. There is no visible difference with the extra 4W, I suspect it has to do with the more modern (read solid state) systems the newer bikes have.
