I've been thinking about selling mine and getting something a little taller. I have an '85 XJ700 Maxim, so if interested, I can provide a pic with specs.

I got mine at a harley shop for $25 LOL used of course but mounted up perfect. It is the memphis shades style big wide tall makes the highway, chilly or rainy weather really decent to ride in.

Lets have a look. I've been thinking of adding a shield but want something compact.

I have a windshield if you'd like it, it's the Slipstreamer SS-28. I'll sell it if you're interested. It has all the hardware to attach and looks pretty good, not broken or anything. I can send you a photo if you'd like.

Looks nice, but not sure I want something that wide. I kind of go back and forth on the hand coverage thing. Trying to find something that has sexy form and at least some function...not an easy task it seems

    SlipStreamer and EagleScreens.

SlipStreamer is Domestic and they have products I'm willing to endorse; such as their HellFire Line ... I have one on my Maxim.

    Eagle Screens, Australia.

Highest Quality materials and your Windshield is made to order.
You tell them the Bike they make the Screen to match.

900 Owners: You'll save $200.00 and get a new "Fits like a glove" Screen from Eagle Screens for less than $100.00 US.

My Eagle is a slightly smoked screen with optional "Wind-Lip" to deflect the Wind in a stream over your head.

My one word review for Eagle Screens would be: Fantastic!

I have a Slipstreamer Spitfire on mine. I have a Slipstreamer Viper on the Seca. It's a little bigger but doesn't offer much more protection. Look at the pics in my gallery of both, but it sounds like you'd like the smaller Spitfire. It's just big enough to keep the wind off of the places you don't want.

I've got a "street shield EX" (national cycle) on my X.
I pretty much won't leave home without it.
80mph is much more comfortable with the shield and it's priceless when the thermometer drops below 40

I don't have a photo, but you can see them at the website.
PM me if you want a pic.
