Got the carbs all back together. Went very well, except I found out I have the course threaded pilot screws. I know they are the coarse ones because when I pulled one from my extra set of carbs, the donor set had threads that were almost twice as fine as my coarse screws. I know everyone backs out the fine threaded screws 2.75 to 3 turns. What's the rule of thumb for the coarse threaded screws? Right now I have them backed out 1.5 turns. My screws are VERY easy to turn. So easy, I don't know how they will not turn by themselves from the vibrations. Once they are set, place a small amount of locktite on top of the screw?

Also, I'm getting ready to mount my exhaust system. I stuck the camera under the bike (man it's dirty under there) and drew an arrow at what I think is the bracket that the tab on the back of the collector box mounts to. It looks like the rubber damper is still there? Does anyone know the size/thread/length of the bolt that holds the box to this bracket?
