i made some, but only 3/4 inch
i think thats a 8mm bolt and four inches would be pushing it
thats a lot of leverage on something that important

i got some 3.5" ones on mine with drag bars my buddy has a machine shop just cut some bar stock to 3.25" drilled and tapped a 3/8x16 inch hole in the bottom with some cap screws and a 1/4" deep hole in the bottom cut the factory riser bolt alittle under a 1/2" pressed it into the risers then welded them up.they are about an 1 1/4 round and from the tree to the center of the bar is 3.5".......the bar is in the way of the key so i had to move the ignition some really want to rewire a new switch somewhere else but going to try to figure that out later

You can Buy a set of 4" or 6" dog bone style risers for 7/8 bars on Ebay. I just got mine in $23.10 to my door. They are simple they come with 2 dog bones and a mounting pipe. The mounting pipe is a 7/8 chrome straight pipe that you mount in the stock handle bar saddles and the two dog bones mount on to it and at the top of the two dog bones are saddles to mount your 7/8 bars of choice. I had them on the last bobber i built and they worked great. I am putting them on my 81' 650 max tomorow. Ill try to take a pic and put it on here, but til then here is a pic of the set I bought.

I made 4" risers myself by using a pair of stock risers and adding 4" of heavy wall tubing between the bottom mount and the top clamp. They are bolted soid to the upper tree and work perfect.
With 10" rise in a pair of Goldwing handlebars, it gives me 12" mini ape hangers.
You can just barely see them in this photo:
