coffin emblem

    Im in the early stage of my bobber, and i found a 79 xs650 tank. but the yamaha emblem mounts are welded into a recess. Solution make my own emblem on the mill. so about 2 hours later i present.
    now i just need to paint a name in thee with some white script

    Neat idea! My tank is also lacking the emblems so I was debating about sanding/fillling with bondo when I repaint my tank this winter.

    I'll have to consider something like this

    if you use filler make sure that you use fiber reinforced filler other wise it will just crack out
