Yeah I'm hoping it will get in the groove and learn the sites pattern of usage soon. It can be a little fickled getting started.

It's beginning to (suck that is.) RickCoMatic started a "bug report" thread maybe this belongs there. I keep getting "Database Connection Errors" the message I get back from the Novell network at work is "malformed response from origin server." Then it crashes.

It's been fine lately with only a rare occasional instance of "acting up." The last post in this thread was last fall... I think you'll find most of the crew agree...

The only real difficulties I experience are:

    a) my mailbox stats are messed up, as they always say that I have 65,525 new message in my Inbox....and that number is over by at LEAST a couple of hundred, I'm sure......... :D

    Welcome chacal
    Inbox New: 65525

    and

    b) on ocassion, the right side of the page will be spaced "off the screen" and no scroll-bar will be available at the bottom of the page to allow me to go scroll over and see what is there (on most occassions, when such a situation happens, there IS a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the screen). In such cases, I have to "close" out the left margin information in order to get the "full-screen" view.

Are you sure it's 65525 and not 65535?

Firstly - this thread title is bogus. Disrespectful, especially since the site is free to use, who cares what servers really.

But - lol... I do have to say - I have been using the site non-stop for 2 months.

Within the last few weeks, it has slowed down drastically. Within the past week or so, back up to speed a BIT, but still - way slower than 2 months ago... probably due to the increased traffic of springtime?

And to prove it - I use it @ work on THREE different computers, AND my cell phone - and it acts up the same on all 4.

Doug no disrespect was intended by the author. At the time of the post Sno had just changed servers and we had a TON of access issues. At the time the site was almost unusable.

While access to the site is provided free - the site itself is not free. Sno bears the cost but does accept donations.

I have noticed within the past few weeks that it was indeed acting sluggish under load. Not as bad as it has been in the past, but noticeable.

BTW, nice to see you again, Sno. :)

This issue will need to be resolved by the software creators. I'll stay on top of it but it looks like you may have to wait till the next fix to get this resolved... I have to idea when that will be.

Yes, I agree that the new server seems to be slower. Shoe string budget can get you only so far  . I'll ping the tech support to see if anything else can be done on their end.
