OK I finally am doing something with the parts engine I have had sitting under my deck for the last few years. I have it mostly disassembled and will take it to the scrap yard next week. If you want an engine part let e know and you can have it for free as long as you pay the shipping cost. The engine is in poor shape though. Right now it looks like I have a good...

-clutch (no fibers of friction disks)
-head (at least 2 bad valves)
    -clutch cover
    -timing cover
    -valve cover
    -rotor cover
-rotor and coil (looks good and worked when engine was pulled)
    -internal shift mechanism
-tranny (feels good but still have to pull it to make sure)

I should be finished pulling the engine apart tonight and will update the list along with some pictures.

Fox, I'd die to have your tranny parts. I've been trying to match up item numbers and it looks like 750 tranny parts match up with 650 ones. Let me know if we can work something out.

    TheDude -
Sorry it took so long for the pictures but I just put them up in my gallery. The cam journals look good and the combustion chambers could clean up, I already started cleaning one. The carb boot that is attached is no good and both screws are stuck and there is one broken bolt in another intake boot hole. And then of course there are the 2 bad valves, I don't know if they were bent or stuck but they were left open for the last 6 or so years so they rusted up. Let me know what you think, I can box it up and get a shipping quote.

If you want the trany parts they are yours. I still have to pull them but they look good from what I can see. I won't be able to get to them until Sunday though, I am at my brother's house now and then only part I have here is the head I strapped on the back of my bike for thedude.

Oh, the starter clutch, timing cover, rotor, coli, and rotor cover are taken. Wouldn't it figure that this engine has been sitting around for the last 3-4 years at my place and when I start giving out parts I find that I need some too.

I know you didn't list it, but if you have the 750 pistons, rods, crank, or jugs, I have someone who would be interested. Let me know...

The pistons are stuck in the cylinders so I am guessing you don't want them. I can check the crank/rods when I get home on sunday.

ok, sorry for taking so long.

    Joel07-
crank/rod are a little rusty, I doubt they are worth the cost of shipping. The crank is not too bad but there is some rust on the bearing surface.

    Geebake-
The tranny looks good and I posted up 2 pictures in my gallery. I think that is all the parts, if you see something missing in the pic. let me know.

If anybody wants parts pm me your zip code so I can get a shipping quote.
