Me too, but I haven't been able to find anything good yet...doesn't seem anyone here has really changed up the handlebar controls. There was a cool one someone suggested a while back and I couldn't find the thread, but I'm pretty sure the clutch line was hydraulic, so it wouldn't work for us anyway.

Would LOVE to know where these things can be found and I'm sure someone out there is making generics.

Got my hopes up I did find a company making universal hand controls but the yonly make a left hand chrome control and not a right hand start stop in chrome its the strangest thing I heard of . I am going to e-mail the company back and ask them WTF oh the company name is K&S Tech if you want to check them out maybe I will find something else

Well, why not just forgo the right controls? You can do without the start/stop switch. Just hotwire it to run. Just turn off the bike with the key. The starter switch can be relocated anywhere with a simple momentary switch.

But, if you really need the switch assemblies, why not purchase an old set and paint them with a chrome epoxy paint? It just takes a little time for the prep work and finishing details.

    Just my $0.02,

I think it will look funny with only the left side as far as painting them with chrome paint thats like kissing your sister theres no point. I stripped and polished the originals but theres nothing like the shine of chrome

You could always have your originals chrome plated. Just a thought

They sit around and smoke crack and then use a dartboard. Plating prices are ALL OVER THE PLACE depending on what you want done and how long you're willing to wait. Try to find someplace local to give you a quote, failing that, there are a few that market themselves nationally (which is what I ended up doing) but you have to send your parts halfway across the country. You will get a better price "per item" if you send in all your stuff at once. Get quotes first.
