engine gaurds

i am looking for some engine gaurds for my 700 maxim and some foward controls. used or new thanks

 

You may find a pair of engine guards on ebay, if your lucky. They're usually rust pitted from being old however.
The forward controls are pretty much non-existent, unless you by the spendy ones they sell on ebay and fabricate your own type of brackets.

i like that it looks cool im having trouble finding salvage parts were i live me and a buddy just drove a half a day and all we found was five salvage bikes and there was nothing left on them. do you know what bikes he got his parts??

 

No idea. I'm not sure you would need to salvage much, mainly the levers, and even those may be able to be reused from the original. Wal-mart has some interesting gas/brake pedels that may make good mini floorboards, at least thats what I think of every time I see them. The rest of it is simply hardware, a few bolts, nuts, washers. Unless I'm missing something...
