is there any tell-tale sings of when it is a good time to replace the rear shocks.

also, does anybody have experience switching them out? is it an easy job, or a pain?

    Thanks!

when they bottom out, real good time to replace. i load my bike down so I put air shocks on mine. very adjustable for different conditions and situations.

what he said, the replacing on my 750 seca was quite simple
just as long as the bolts are torqued down to correct amt.
chacal used to have some aftermarket suspension, new is good sometimes ;)

Uzi has a monoshock Maxim 400. We're giving him dual-shock advice...

i weigh about 170 lbs, and it rarely bottoms out when i ride alone, only if i hit a big hole. but if i have a passenger (she only weighs 110 lb) it bottoms out quite a bit and on small bumps too. is this a sign that i need new shocks? also, are these monoshocks adjustable? Thanks!
