    Any pics?

Foglight thing sounds similar to the one on my 82 xj750maxim...not sure which other models used that lamp.

I'm sure someone with an Xref will be able to come up with something.

It's a 81 XJ750RH Seca made for the Canadian market.

    The R signifies it's a seca, the H signifies the year 81

He he he, I'm laughing at the maple syrup quip! You fellas never fail to get me laughing. I expect there is very little difference between the US and Canadian market. My Haynes only mentions the US and European models. Wouldn't have thought there would be one specifically for the Canucks.

Well, the petrol to maple syrup conversion would have been TOTALLY impractical to market en masse...and outside of Canada and Minnesota I doubt the frame looking like hockey sticks would have carried over well...

    :p

Nothing but love for canada :D I've always considered Minnesota to be "Canada Light" anyway. I'm actually aiming for a move to Vancouver in the next few years, citizenship and all.

Too cold for me, gotta have my sunshine and warmth (especially the warmth part). For all the bad press and fuss, Canadians are a great bunch of people. Hosted a group of their cadets years back and had a blast with them.

I spent 6 months is San Diego...by the time I left all I wanted was to see a cloud and actually feel the air around me again.

    Too each his own :D

    Welcome to the forum ZacB!

Robert, I think the major difference will be in the speedometer reading in KPH and a Canadian Transportation decal stuck on the frame!

I haven't checked lately but isn't maple syrup more expensive than gas?

What do you mean too cold Robert?? It's too hot at the moment, forcasting low 100's ( 40 C ) up here for this weekend!

The way gas prices are going, maple will be cheaper soon enough :p

Everyone knows that Canada is just coated in maple trees. You can just pull up to a tree, tap it and wait while the sap drips straight into your bike!

It doesn't work as well as the boiled down syrup but she'll burn it :p
