    hey my name is Derek and i just purchased a 81 maxim xj550. I live in NC and totally new to this bike. The bike runs good but i would like to clean it up and get it looking a little better. Where can i buy parts and accessories for these?

    ebay, of course, but seriously, there is no better place than chacel, you can almost build any bike you want with the stuff he has. btw, nice pipes, thsoe are like 250 alone on ebay... lol the new chrome sticks out like a sore thumb form the bad chrome...
