Your chain will be the chain you have, the master link you have, another master, and a short bit of chain to make up the difference.

You break a chain by grinding one of the pins flush with an outer plate, then punch it thru.

if you have them on ur computer, upload them throuugh photobucket, then click the direct link for the photo, copy it, hit post reply on this site, then there a small button with a mountain i think on it, click that and a window will pop up, right click the texk on the box and hit paste, and hit ok... simple, eh? and im not good at it, i cant resize and scale for crap

wow, really nice, what atv was the donor? and i sure hope it holds up and stuff, you should try lowering it, alot, and race flat track, but that would take some serious lowering, that things gotta turn liek shit... does it run and stuff?

If I was you I would just do a chain swap to a 520 chain, that way you could run dirt bike chains and sprockets and have alot of different ratios available to you to try and get it right. RockymountainATV has cheap stuff

    That is freaking awesome.

I'd like to do something similar with an older snowmachine chassis.

I'll be interested to see how this ends.
