hey... just got a new exhaust for my cb750, well not new, but theres some dents and rust spots, and i was just wondering if bondo will hold up to high temps... i imagine it will hold up o nthe muffler, as that only gets lie 200 degrees, but will it hold up to headers? anyways, im off to muffler man to have them patch up a hole in it...

Muffler mud if you want to be cheap, braze on a copper patch if you want to be tacky, no epoxy will hold except exotic ceramic glue.

Aluminum roof flashing works like the beer can method. The benefit, is that you can wrap around the entire pipe. It's all temporary. The pressure of those pipes will just blow the holes bigger and bigger. You can maybe get a season out of the wrap though.

I'm there already. The alternatives are just way too expensive.
Schooter, there is no "nice" way to clean up those dings and dents short of very expensive metal work that would cost more than just finding a good set.
