83 XJ750 Maxim Replacement mufflers

    Looking for advice on replacement mufflers for a 83 XJ750 Maxim. Like the Jardine slip ons but nobody has them in stock. I wouldlike to keep the same look as the originals as much as possible. Anyone know of a good match for universal replacements for this bike and where to find them? I need to replace the left side as it rusted near the header pipe but the right is in mint condition.

    Harley Sportster mufflers sound nice and will slip right onto the collector openings. All that's needed is a hanger bracket, which is simple to make.

    I have a left muffler for you. It had alittle scuff on it but its not too bad. Let me know.

    Everthing worked out getting the old pipe off. Nice Muffler @ a good price...Thanks for the muff and helping me keep my Maxim original!
