ATTN: Baltimore XJ Riders

Any Baltimore riders out there want to get together for a tuning session when the weather turns? Two heads are more than twice as as good as one.

I have a colortune plug.

I'm also looking for someone who has experience doing valve work who doesn't mind being paid with beer.

where you from in bmore? And I did my valve clearances are you talking bout a full valve job then?

 

mfc, do you just need a check and adjust or do you need valves reworked?

The check and adjust is pretty simple. I have the Motion Pro hold down tool.

I'd be intertested. I have a small garage (rented) and plenty of tools (motorcycle specific maybe missing) with off street parking in Essex if we need a spot.

I hope to have mine pretty tuned up soon too but always up to lend a hand or hang out.

I only need to do my clearances (I hope). I live in Highlandtown, Baltimore City. I work in Edgemere Iwingameover, so Essex is easy. I'll post again when it's warm fellers. Could be fun.

 

Depends on when the wx turns/you guys decide to get together/ and when I get back from overseas. Scheduled to go to the mid east for an undisclosed amount of time. Love to meet some folks from the boards. I'm in Winchester VA, but always up for a ride...

 

I'd like to hang out and learn something too. I live down on the shore but I would make the trip up to Bawdamore.

Hate to drag up an old thread.... Finally got mine synched and running well enough to ride. So..... Anyone ready to get together? Tune, ride whatever.
