Luckily I wasn't on it. It was parked in my nabe. Bound to happen sooner or later, right?
So the side that took the hit suffered a broken spark plug which has been replaced. I started her up and, for some reason, the idle with full open choke was stuck around 2200 rpm. I hit the gas a couple times and after a couple minutes it crept up to normal, around 3200-3500 rpm.
The side it fell on suffered a crushed tail light assembly and a busted mirror stem. Any recommendations on getting replacements cheap?
    Thanks.

    Glad the damage wasn't worse!

eBay is your best bet for finding used parts.

You most likely have a broken bulb. I know you see it light up but these indicators are wired so that if one is out the other on that side will not flash. If you have 1157 bulbs in now , they have 2 filaments. So it will burn but not flash. If you have an 1156 single filament then check your wiring or socket for corrosion. These bulbs will stay on if the current is experiencing increased resistance.

ok thx but the old bulbs were 24w

and the new ones were 4w,

could this be the cause for not blinking?

    i'm still looking for 24w bulbs :(

Yes. The flasher operates by the amount of current the bulbs draw. Not enough current and they will light but not blink.
