I have an 83 seca 900, it is need of work that i just don't have the time or financial means for at this time. I received it on trade, and have enough projects to keep me busy for years to come
part of me says part this thing out on e-bay, the other says see if anyone wants it as a project. it's in central illinois.
does anyone activly seek these bikes out? I know they are rather rare, which makes parts hard to get.
I have bought a correct tank for it, as well as a rear master cylinder, it does run, but not that great. Previous owner "went through the carbs", to what extent i do not know, but it definatly needs it again or correct or something.
So should i part it , or is there a dedicated following to this model, that would like it in one pc?

I don't think you will have trouble finding someone to take it whole. Post details and some pics in the for sale section.

Don't part it out!! 900's are rare, and it is tough to find one in one piece.
