Anyone know of a set of grips that will fit an XJ650J and that come with a throttle sleeve???
Another option is just a simple throttle sleeve that will fit, I can buy universal grips from there...

Nevermind... I think I have figured a way to do it...
I sanded down the groves and 4 "prongs" on the oem throttle sleeve and now it seems that the ISO grips I bought will fit perfectly!

Here are the pics as promised... I sanded down the grooves and tongs on the sleeve so that the grips could slide on easily...

Tip for stopping your grips from slipping or pulling off if they are a little loose.

    Hairspray.

Spray it on the bars and slide on the grips.

Great advice given to me by a motorbike courier.

I thought those Kuryakyn Flame ISO grips were only available for 1" bars?
Where'd you find a set for 7/8"?? Or do you have aftermarket bars?
