    I just looked back at this item it is up to over 147 bucks in rough shape and a pad that looks like a cat scratch post!!! I have mine hanging on the wall of the garage in good condition and would not have thought it would fetch that. I don't like the looks of the bike with it on so it just hangs there. I may put it on for long ride if the wifey wants to tag along thats the only reason I still have it.

    I paid 355 for a xj700 backrest/pad and luggage rack and was glad to....$100 more than I wanted to

    Does make my bike really nice looking

    I sold one about a year and a half ago and that sucker went for $211 usd. I couldn't believe that. I have another in my stash, but it doesn't have the stock pad. The one on my bike looks very nice though. That one isn't going anywhere. I had the original covering with 'maxim' across the back of it saved, and the guy who covered it did an awesome job.
