Okay, I need all the parts that I'll need to convert my '82 XJ650J (single rotor) to dual discs. From what I'm hearing, the complete set up off a XJ750 should work. I'll need everything: rotors, hardware, calipers, brake lines, distribution block, bolts, master cylinder, forks, etc. No junk, I'll certainly be willing to rebuild the calipers & m/cylinder. Thanks.....

I have the parts you need for the swap

1 complete fork/trees from an 83 750 maxim (air adjustable, anti dive). Great condition seals did not leak when for was removed. lowers are painted black. $90

master cylinder/lines/calipers from an 82 750 Maxim (these brakes will fit the fork I have). Brakes worked when removed. $40

1 750 maxim front wheel with 2 rotors $90 for the whole thing or $50 for the rotors only (rotors within spec)

I bought these parts and was planning on doing the dual brake conversion but don't have the time. I can send pics if you want. E-mail me at atvpunk@hotmail.com if you're interested in any of these parts.

The brakes from a Seca 750 are larger = better stopping performance.
