need parts for 1982 xj750 from tree falling

I had a big oak tree fall on my 1982 xj750 from a small tornato. I need a gas tank, kick stand, and speed/tach display for sure. I have not torn into it to see if I need anything else. (Trying to put the house back together) Does anybody know where I can find parts. I have been checking e-bay. (lost a gas tank in the last seconds, and no display)

Man that really sucks. Sorry to hear about the loss.

Chacal is our parts guy around here. He carries just about everything you need for maintenance. Unfortunately Gas tanks a gauges are not one of those things he tends to have. Send him a PM any with a list of what you need. You might get lucky.

I have a 750 seca tank headed my direction that I am planing on putting on my 650 seca. If it doesn't work I'll send you a PM and maybe we can make a deal.

 

Really need help finding (good) parts. If I can not find any, i"ll have to scrap an reallllllllllly good riding bike. Does anyone know what years I can look for parts for it? I have found some (weathered) parts at a junk yard, but the mounts on the handle bars are differant. My has a tear drop spindle mount. one stud and one bolt. Any suggestions?

Need gas tank, speed/tach display, square cast handle bars with spindle mounts, kick stand, key switch, left clutch lever, front turn signals

I finally got it back on the road again. Thanks to the people I got parts off of on E-bay and to Micheal (abuse.this2) and to Bike Bandit and to the guy, my brother works with, who painted the gas tank.
