I recently had my carbs redone at the Hitching Post and while the cycle does start very nicely now, I do think that it's idling high. With the choke off, the cycle will idle arour 2,000 rpm...sometime up to 2,300.

Should I be concerned and adjust that or is this normal?

    Thanks

That idle speed is too high and will likely make shifting, especially into first when stopped, difficult. Assuming all else is good on the bike, turn the idle adjusting wheel located on the back side, center, of the carb cluster counter-clockwise, very gradually until your idle, with hot engine, is a tad over 1000 RPM. If all else is set properly, the bike should idle smoothly at that speed.
